IDC Training House Sdn. Bhd. continues to strengthen its commitment to human capital development in Sarawak through a strategic collaboration with ADTEC JTM Kampus Bintulu. This initiative is focused on delivering competency-based training programs aimed at advancing Sarawak youth with industry-relevant, globally competitive skills.

The collaboration is led by Helen Gan, Group Director, Lutz Seibt, Technical Director, and Chero Foster, Manager from IDC Training House. Representing ADTEC JTM Kampus Bintulu are Ts. Syahrull Nizam bin Haji Perdan, Director, and Ahmad Nukhaie bin Berahim, Unit Leader, together with other relevant authorities from ADTEC, reflecting a strong joint commitment to developing a highly competent and future-ready workforce.

Aligned with Sarawak’s development priorities under Education and Talent Development, Industry Continuous Professional Development (iCPD), and Empowerment and Development, this collaboration represents a significant step towards building a highly capable and future-ready workforce in the region.
